Fabrizio got his pilot’s license before his driver’s license. He is an Airline Transport Pilot with thousands of hours of flight time; working across the globe, flying private jets and airliners with crews from 100+ different countries. He has also been involved in pilot training, aircraft management, and aircraft sales and leasing. Fabrizio is also the founder of YouTube channel, Biz Jet TV and featured in the media, sharing his aviation expertise. Fabrizio has been featured on Bloomberg, Chicago Tribune, Sunday Times, Financial Times, TRT World, Granada TV,  Avbuyer Magazine and  many more internationally renowned news outlets. Fabrizio is also the author of the book,”The Quantum Economy.” He enjoys playing golf, soccer, tennis in addition to being a blackbelt in Taekwondo. When not on the pitch or court, Fabrizio also enjoys writing, reading and cooking. He is married with four children and currently calls Manchester in the UK home.

Scott began his career as a US Naval Aviator, leaving the service after ten years to enter the aerospace industry.  Scott then spent the next 10 years in executive level positions at Flight International, Inc. and Bombardier Aerospace before forming Orion Air Group, an aviation services enterprise that owned and operated aircraft on behalf of government and commercial customers around the globe.  In 2010, Scott formed Global Flight Relief, a charitable organization that provided “last mile” airborne delivery of food and medicine in parts of war-torn East Africa. Global Flight Relief partnered with many like-minded organizations including the Howard G. Buffet Foundation, Eastern Congo Initiative (Ben Affleck), and The World Pediatric Program providing aviation assets for a variety of humanitarian relief missions.  For these efforts, Scott was honored to receive the Harrison Ford Humanitarian Award from the Living Legends of Aviation organization as well as the Endeavor Award for charitable accomplishments.  Scott can be found at the stables and golf course, when not in the office. He is married with four children and resides in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Lexy Romano is an award-winning TV host, singer and entrepreneur.

Lexy moved to Phoenix from New York City where she performed Off-Broadway, on tours and around the globe with the USO Show Troupe.

Lexy founded Phx Finds Media several years ago, an award-winning media-for-hire company that produces segments featuring local businesses, brands and entrepreneurs. She is also the co-host of The Arizona Daily Mix on the new CW 7 alongside Valley legend Brad Perry.

Benjy was homeschooled from day one and developed a talent for filmmaking, video production and marketing at a very young age and was hired by an insurance company to make a Lego stop-motion advertisement at the age of 15. At 6 years-old he played for England in the Callaway World Golf Championship, ranking #46 in the world. He served a two-year Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, in the London, England area. During the Covid lockdowns, as a Missionary he was not able to meet with people in person, so he used his filmmaking skills to produce videos to share on social media and attract people to share the gospel with. After his Mission he started doing social media marketing, getting clients millions of views on their TikTok and Instagram accounts. Benjy also produces his own content, where he specializes in consumer technology videos, and has done many successful reviews on various products, gaining tens of thousands of followers, and millions of views. His experience with tech also helped him in his two years, doing door to door sales in Texas and Kentucky, for Vivint, selling their high-tech smart-home security systems. In his spare time Benjy enjoys reading, watching movies, traveling, cooking, playing golf, and serving in the local community.
